Responsibilities
The Marketing Manager will work across the business to carry out the following responsibilities:
Responsible for the development, maintenance and integrity of the customer database, ensuring the data is accurate, current and consistent
Oversee the integrity of the data by working with colleagues to ensure the data from the various systems, and associated business processes, are fit for purpose.
Serve as the primary point of contact for the customer database, identifying opportunities to improve marketing systems and data management.
Ensure that the customer database works alongside other business information systems.
Ensure compliance with data protection and that best business practice is followed with regards to use and maintenance of data stored.
Produce targeted customer lists and information for effective marketing communications.
Measure and report on the performance of online marketing campaigns and assess this against monthly goals.
Identify trends and insights to drive optimal customer experience and spend.
Create, co-ordinate and analyze market data to support a greater customer focus.
Evaluate and report on emerging technology for online marketing campaigns.
Produce reports for key internal stakeholders as required.
Requirements
The Marketing Manager role requires:
At least 5 years of marketing experience working in the Retail Industry
A bachelor's degree in marketing, business, advertising, or related field.
At least two (2) years relevant experience in Content, Database, Email, and Digital Marketing
At least two (2) years experience as a Marketing Manager.
At least one (1) year of experience using Active Campaign and the relevant tools for such as FB Business Suite, Google Ad words, Wordpress, 3CX, Fairhub, Fresh Desk, Power BI
Confidence to deal with a range of stakeholders both internal and external.
Excellent attention to detail and communication skills, both verbal and written, in English
Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
Takes ownership of and personal accountability for decisions and actions; can seek guidance and advice when needed
Excellent project management
Highly adaptable and willing to learn how to use other task management and productivity applications
Able to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
Must be a strong team player, passionate, and highly motivated
Can start ASAP
