DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: (OTHER DUTIES MAY BE ASSIGNED WHEN NEEDED)
Collect, organize and analyze the Philippines' energy policies, project information, power industry trends, policies and regulations and other information and establish a basic database of the Philippines.
Pay attention to the dynamics of bidding for power projects in the Philippines and look for project opportunities.
Cooperate with Clients and Philippine government departments for high-level docking, strategic cooperation and other matters, as well as the the daily relationship between government departments and clients.
Participate in business contract negotiations; be responsible for compiling and summarizing key project information reports, pre-qualification documents and bidding documents.
Organize the preliminary market research, project promotion, site survey and other work of the project.
Responsible for project bidding, bidding and daily development management.
JOB SPECIFICATIONS:
Graduate of Bachelor’s/Degree in Marketing or equivalent
At least 3 years of relevant experience in electric power industry.
Well versed in these languages : Chinese Mandarin/Chinese Min Nan (advantage), English and Tagalog.
Excellent Spreadsheet Skills and Reporting Skills
Strong written and oral communication skills
Highly proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Power Point, especially highly skilled in use of Excel Spreadsheets)
Willing to travel anywhere
