Provides marketing support specific to data entry and the management of the organization's customer relationship (CRM) Unanet. Supports marketing efforts in updating and maintaining the marketing database. Working with multiple companies, Marketing/Data Entry Clerk will research project information, enter, organize, and maintain the database.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Transfers data from paper formats and/or computer files into a database system
- Prepares source data for computer entry by compiling and sorting information
- Establishes entry priorities
- Enters customer and account data
- Entering new and updated customer and account information
- Verifies entered customer and account data
- Resolves deficiencies
- Combines data from multiple systems
- Purges files to eliminate duplication of data
- Maintains operations by following policies and procedures
- Maintains customer confidence and protects operations
- Contributes to team effort
A Successful Candidate Must Have
- Ability to navigate through different software platforms i.e. Box, PDF, Bluebeam, Excel, and other Microsoft platforms.
- Ability to identify and collect necessary information
- Ability to type in data provided directly from customers
- Consistency on the data across the database
- Good command of English both oral and written
- Basic understanding of databases
- Quick typing skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work on a nightshift
