We are looking for a Full-time, Marketing Copywriter based in the Philippines to join our team. In this role, you will be a key resource for the Founders and the entire digital marketing team. Maybe you're relatively new to the Marketing Copywriting world. Maybe you're mid-level. Maybe you're half crazy after Covid lock down and just trying to rejoin mainstream society. We don't really care. What we do care about is that you have creative and sales copywriting skills that make people afraid to send you texts. We care that you can (and really want to) become an expert on skincare and acne faster than Kim Kardashian gets a thousand likes on Instagram. Objectives for Role: Thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with a high-volume workload often requiring short turnaround times Continually raise the bar on creativity, writing fresh copy that connects with the desired audience and drives action Comfortably vary voice, style, and other characteristics demanded by the industry, company, or target audience at hand Maintain up-to-date knowledge of communication and client-related industry trends Stay updated on appropriate style guidelines and brand voice for consistency in messaging Job Responsibilities: We have four brands, each with their own Facebook Business Pages, Instagram accounts, YouTube Channels, and Pinterest boards. In addition to consistent organic posts, we continually advertise on Facebook, Instagram and Google Ads, which all require copy for Ads, Landing Pages, and Email / SMS nurture sequences. Creating copy that attempts to persuade the target market to purchase or use the client's product or service. Several edits and rewrites are sometimes necessary to ensure the copy is creative, attention-grabbing, effective, and evokes emotion Interpret creative briefs to develop and produce creative concepts through execution on assigned brands Research and understand our target audience and client's needs, through online searches, reviews of existing research, interviews with subject matter experts, and in-person meetings Work autonomously while writing clear and error-free content for a website that reflects the company's voice Proactively proposing copy concepts in an engaging way for clients and carrying out projects once they are approved Collaborating with marketing and product teams to brainstorm and develop a variety of marketing materials Digest core visual aids, brand guidelines, and existing marketing assets into manuscripts for use on video scripts, paid ads, websites, social media, and banners Conduct competitive intelligence research to make sure we create copy knowing what all the best companies in the skincare industry are doing Meet with multimedia professionals and designers to discuss which sound and visual elements to incorporate with the copy. Position Requirements: At least 2 years of experience in Marketing Copywriting for the USA market Experience writing for a female audience 20-40 years old, skincare products, supplements and/or ecommerce. Portfolio of work that can be reviewed Knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, and Web copywriting requirements, best practices and principles High attention to detail, meticulous. Organized and efficient. Able to handle multiple projects under tight deadlines Integrity - we trust you with our business and clients Proactive - we need people with a sense of urgency who take initiative Work autonomously Eager to please - friendly attitude and style, great team player.
