Key Responsibilities:
Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies aligned with overall business goals.
Create engaging content for various platforms, including website, social media, email marketing, and blog posts.
Manage and schedule social media content, maintaining a consistent brand voice and tone.
Execute email marketing campaigns, analyzing performance and optimizing for leads and engagement.
Support project management, including planning, budgeting, and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.
Prepare marketing reports and dashboards, analyzing data to track campaign performance and identify areas for improvement.
Oversee website updates and maintenance, ensuring accuracy and brand consistency.
Coordinate with designers and other creative professionals to develop marketing materials.
Contribute to research and analysis of market trends, competitors, and customer behavior.
Skills and Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.
3-5 years of experience in a marketing coordinator role or similar position.
Understanding of the Australian marketing landscape and consumer trends. * Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a passion for storytelling.
Proficiency in content creation, including website copy, social media posts, email marketing, and blog writing.
Experience with marketing automation tools, email marketing platforms, and social media management tools.
Excellent analytical and data interpretation skills.
Project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Collaborative and team-oriented, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Experience working in a fast-paced environment and adapting to changing priorities.
