The Digital Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating title-by-title go to market activities for the books portfolio, while also supporting conference planning and follow-up initiatives, as well as the development of standardized collateral pieces supporting both books and eProducts.
As a Marketing Coordinator, you will:
Determine and set appropriate feed flags at the ISBN level for books and eProducts
Conduct and document reading levels for titles
Support uploads of new content to our sales enablement tool
Produce specifics for templated collateral: author cards, Sherpath Course outlines
Submitting flyer requests and routing
Setting up monthly Excel data feed to inform pricing and print run activities
Researching and documenting competitive activity and information
Updating fields in the PPM database with marketing information
Maintaining the conference schedule, setting up planning meetings, routing notes, and supporting follow-up activities as needed
Other adhoc supportive activities as needs are determined by marketing team
Coordinate with StraightArrow internal teams for any creative design or technical web development needs
Other tasks that may be related to the function
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Management, Mass Media, or any related courses is preferred
1-2 years of work experience in any Digital Marketing role
Knowledgeable in using proprietary databases, Salesforce CRM, Excel, PowerPoint, and light Photoshop / layout work
Strong detail orientation and planning skills
Amenable to work remotely following US shift (8PM-5AM)
