marketing CoordinatorInsight Enterprises

This position is responsible for coordinating project tasks for various marketing teams at Insight.
Marketing project tasks include coordinating activities through the creative process with our internal marketing team, including copywriters, designers, and digital marketing team. In collaboration with execution teams, this role is responsible for understanding the needs of each request, making sure information is complete, prioritizing delivery dates and working with the broader team to successfully complete each project on time and to the satisfaction of the requestor.
What you'll do at Insight
-Manages key schedules and project timelines for a variety of marketing projects using different methods of project management including Agile (SCRUM and Kanban) and Waterfall
-Coordinates with copywriters, graphic designers and web designers and other teammates as needed to ensure on-time completion of projects
-Covers project management on weekly squad meetings with cross-functional team
-Provides reporting and metrics on projects including timelines, estimated hours (level of effort), and post project recaps
-Scopes and understands the needs of each project to effectively prioritize dates and daily tasks.
-Other duties as assigned
What you'll need to join Insight
-Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication or business from a four-year college or university and 1-2 years' experience in project management or marketing.
Knowledge with the following marketing tools is preferred, but not required:
-Adobe Workfront
-Agile project management
