You will be responsible for:
Scoping and creating a plan for automation and data architecture projects and campaigns, analyzing risk, assessing impact, and performing and managing the project to completion.
Providing status updating on reports, project progression, and creating post-project analyses
Overseeing data management, data architecture projects, and data governance over the CRM and integrated tools
Providing stakeholder technical support, training, troubleshooting, and functional analysis of CRM features
Promoting the continued development, and ongoing usage of marketing automation across the organization and sets standards and best practices for its use.
Analyzing the processes, workflows, and activities of sales and creating sales automation programs that increase salesperson productivity, conversion rate, and overall team performance
Analyzing digital marketing data and creating performance and statistical reports to be used for business analysis and strategic decision-making
Introducing and testing new technologies to continuously improve the technical capabilities of the team and overall system performance
The right person for this role:
Basic understanding of business principles
Experience in any Project management tools such as Coda.io, Basecamp, Activecollab, Jira, Trello, Hubspot
Knowledge and experience in data management, analysis, and wrangling
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to assess a problem by looking at it from a larger perspective, looking at external factors and dependencies, and being able to solve the problem by introducing solutions to each element across a matrix of different intricacies.
Advanced English proficiency and communication skills both in speaking and writing
A high level of drive, motivation, adaptability, and willingness to learn.
Excellent work ethic, initiative, and organizational skills
Experience in HTML and other programming languages is a plus
Knowledge in SQL and other data programming languages is a plus
Has a reliable internet speed (At least 30 Mbps download speed and 10 Mbps upload speed)
Has a personal working laptop or desktop computer
