MARKETING ASSOCIATE
JOB PURPOSE
Demonstrate the expertise to develop and execute effective omni-channel marketing strategies that drive awareness and meet key objectives.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Marketing Strategy Development
1. Develop, plan, and execute marketing campaigns that align with business goals in coordination with the Marketing Officer.
Social Media Management & Digital Marketing
2. Create compelling content for various marketing channels, including social media, email,
blogs, and websites.
3. Oversee and update the Shopify account, including product listings and promotions.
4. Create and manage email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and engage customers.
5. Manage the Foodpanda and Grabfood portals.
Data Analysis
6. Track and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns using tools like Google
Analytics, social media insights, and other relevant platforms.
Event Planning and Coordination
7. Develop and execute marketing strategies for events, including product launches,
promotional events, and partnerships.
8. Design and produce event materials such as banners, invitations, and promotional items.
Innovation and Creativity
9. Contribute innovative ideas for marketing campaigns and initiatives, collaborating with
the Marketing Officer.
10. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to keep marketing efforts
cutting-edge.
Customer Engagement
11. Gather and analyze customer feedback to improve the customer experience.
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, communications, or a related field
Strong knowledge of various marketing and analytics tools
Excellent analytical skills and a knack for data analysis
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Skilled in writing and editing content with an attention to detail
Strong prioritization, organization, and project management skills.
Basic Knowledge in Adobe and Graphic Editing Software
Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
Basic skills in graphic design and video editing (ex. Canva)
