Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's/College Degree in Marketing/ Communications/ Advertising or equivalent;
At least two (2) years relevant working experience preferably gained from medical industry;
Knowledge in social media (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter) paid ads and SEO;
Familiar in using social media management software;
Ability to create and explore content based on marketing and digital trends;
Has attention to detail
Verbal and written communication

Organizational skills
Duties and Responsibilities
Increase brand awareness to retain existing customers;
Build and execute social media strategy through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, messaging, and audience identification;
Set up and optimize company pages within each platform to increase the visibility of the company's social content;
Contribute strategies and insights the department may implement;
Monitor and maintain SEO and social media accounts of the company and responding to users' messages;
Analyze engagement of social media accounts and Search Engine Optimization and recommend strategies to further improve results;
Continuously improve by capturing and analyzing the appropriate social data/metrics, insights, and best practices, and then acting on the information;
Engage in client relations activities, if needed
Extracting and analyzing marketing reports monthly;
Coordinate with third party suppliers, should the need arise;
Performs such duties and other tasks the company may reasonably request that will enable to provide quality healthcare to its members.
