Managing daily administrative tasks to ensure the marketing department runs smoothly
Conduct market research, gather & analyze consumer & behavioral data and identify new revenue generating opportunities
Create reports on marketing metrics & results for current and past campaigns (i.e. conversion rates)
Assist in organizing promotional events, campaigns, and other PR initiatives
Monitor competitors' marketing activities
SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum 1-2 year experience as a Marketing professional
Based in the Philippines with the ability to work in a Virtual and / or Hybrid Environment
Familiarity B2B and B2C marketing strategies
Experience running FB / Google / LinkedIn ads is a plus
Experience in PR, Email Marketing is a plus
Familiarity with various marketing tools such as CleverTap (or similar) and Ads Manager is required
Good verbal and written communication skill - English & Tagalog
Enjoy challenges and remain flexible in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment
Innovative problem-solving skills, able to dissect problems and implement solutions accordingly.
Analytical and comfortable with data is a must, Microsoft Excel skills will be advantageous
