Job Description
MARKETING ASSOCIATE
Our start-up company is looking for Two (2) Marketing Associates.
Responsibilities:
Assist in the creation of sales/marketing-related documents or materials;
Assist in setting up marketing presentations for various functions as directed by supervisor;
Assist supervisor in organizing sales presentations and preparing appropriate materials for such events;
Provide general administrative and sales support to the Sales and Marketing Team;
Makes product knowledge readily available to self and other salespeople through various resources;
Persists in sales even in the face of failure;
Analyzes and create a plan for engaging the target market;
Makes sure that all salespeople meet quota during a given period;
Creates a plan for gaining customers and then retaining them based on warranties or guarantees;
Engages in superior customer service by making information readily available;
Makes product appeal to the target market;
Analyzes the competition to create a plan for engagement;
Researches client base to find new types of customers and sells to them accordingly.
Qualifications:
Good communication and presentation skills;
Full-Time position(s) available;
Plans and manages marketing events and evaluates their success;
Multitasking;
Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Clerical/Administrative Support or equivalent;
OK for field work (Business areas);
Strong analytical and planning skills;
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s/College Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing, or equivalent;
With/Without work experience (Open for fresh Grad);
Good communication skills;
Undertake market research and establish the best way to reach target groups;
Excellent problem-solving skills.
