Undertake daily administrative tasks to ensure the functionality and coordination of the department's activities
Support marketing executives in organizing various projects
Communicate directly with clients and encourage trusting relationships
Gather and analyze consumer behavior data (e.g. web traffic and rankings)
Create reports on marketing and sales metrics like conversion rates
Update spreadsheets, databases, and inventories with statistical, financial, and non-financial information
Collaborate with the marketing design and content marketing teams to produce quality advertising material for company products and services.
Conduct research on the latest trends to identify new marketing opportunities and strategies.
Assist in the organizing of promotional events and traditional or digital campaigns and attend them to facilitate their success
Prepare and deliver presentations in a short period
Write marketing literature (brochures, press releases, etc) to augment the company's presence in the market.
Keep organized records of marketing metrics and results of past campaigns.
Provide accurate sales forecasts reports and allocate resources so the target is met
Find potential client leads to grow business.
Monitor competitors' marketing activities
Bachelor's Degree in Business/Marketing/Advertising or other relevant field
At least 1-2 years of working experience as Marketing Associate
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Proficiency in Google Workspace and Canva
Must have sales and clients handling experience
Must be knowledgeable on gaming trends and esports industry
Must be willing to have a flexible schedule & work on weekends if necessary
Must be comfortable to speak & communicate with clients regularly
Strong analytical skills with a goal-oriented attitude
