This position will focus on Events and Partnerships
Identifies third-party suppliers and liaises with them from ideation to execution of branded merchandise, print collaterals, and in-house institutional events.
Liaises with external partners for sponsored events for delegation of tasks and requirements.
Creates project plans for in-house institutional events:
Pre-event - budget approval, event and ad requirements, payment and invite reminders
Event proper - livestreaming and technical handling supervision of third-party supplier, coordination with hosts/moderators/panelists/resource persons, dry run/technical run
Post-event - talk quotes, feedback surveys
Writes original and compelling copies for a range of corporate marketing and communications materials
Maintains a good relationship with Media Partners for potential appearances of select research and market education personnel.
Performs other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned by the management from time to time
Graduate of Marketing, Advertising, or any related course
At least two (2) years work experience, preferably in Marketing or Advertising, with working knowledge on merchandise and events.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficient in MS applications, OBS/Streamyard or relevant livestreaming platforms.
