As a Marketing Associate, your main responsibilities will include:
Developing and implementing marketing strategies: You will work with the clinic director to develop effective marketing strategies to attract and retain patients. This may include creating and managing digital campaigns, conducting market research, and analyzing data to measure the effectiveness of marketing initiatives.
Creating marketing materials: You will be responsible for creating marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and digital content that effectively promote the clinic's services and increase brand awareness.
Managing social media: You will manage the clinic's social media accounts by creating and scheduling posts, responding to comments and messages, and monitoring online engagement.
Building relationships: You will work to build relationships with other healthcare professionals in the community as well as with patients to increase awareness and referrals.
Tracking and analyzing metrics: You will track and analyze metrics related to marketing initiatives, such as website traffic and conversion rates, and use that data to improve marketing strategies.
Participating in events: You may participate in local events such as health fairs and community events to promote the clinic and build relationships in the community.
Collaborating with other team members: You will work closely with the clinic director and other team members to ensure all marketing efforts align with the clinic's overall goals and strategies.
Requirements
Minimum education level: Bachelor ́s Degree
Language(s): English
Knowledge: Windows, Adobe Photoshop, Video editing, Creativity, Marketing, Public Relations
Availability to travel: Yes
