About The Role
This role will be based in our Philippine Office and the primary role will be to:
Influencer Management: Lead efforts on strategizing and executing influencer marketing initiatives for the brand. This includes managing campaigns, sourcing and coordinating with influencers, and performing end-to-end influencer marketing project management
Events Management and Execution: Organize events, manage event partnerships, form influencer relationships, and conduct event marketing activities, with a focus on building the mama community in the Philippines. Create detailed proposals for all events, including timelines, venues, vendors, staffing, and budgets.
Community Partnerships: Develop viable offline and online programs with community partners that are mutually beneficial to both organizations' missions. Research, identify, and secure relevant partnerships that will lead to long-term sustainable relationships for the brand
Business Development and Special Projects: Assist in the coordination and execution of business development initiatives. This includes working with various corporate, NGO, and public sector partnerships for the brand. Collaborate and communicate with internal and external stakeholders. This may also include but is not limited to assisting in carrying out tasks or projects related to commercial operations, product development, and market research, among others.
Requirements:
Experience: 1-2 years of experience in brand marketing, public relations, and events management. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
Education: Bachelor's degree required
Preference: Preference to work in a startup environment. Experiences in a startup, FMCG, or eCommerce will be a plus
Attributes: Data-driven, analytical, curious, eager to learn & possessing critical thinking abilities
Tools: Experience with WordPress, Google analytics, and the top social channels and willing to learn other tools used for tracking, optimization, and reporting
Attitude: Independent attitude and seeking to solve problems. Curious and willing to test and try new things
Language: Must be fluent in Filipino and English
