Container Conversions and Modifications, Inc. (CCM), is a British/Australian owned corporation with operations in Cebu and the UK. CCM has been operating out of Mandaue City for almost ten years and is now a Cebu household name.
 
We specialise in converting shipping containers into mobile offices, homes and storage units. CCM is the Philippine market leader and the first company to open a self-storage facility in the Philippines. It's an interesting creative industry, fast growing and very popular.
 
We were also the first company in the Philippines to rent and sell shipping container offices on a commercial scale. And now, the company is poised for entry into the UK market with a range of mobile container offices, bars and coffee shops.
 
We need a practically minded ground floor marketer to help blaze our way into the UK. This is a great opportunity for the right person to get in on the front foot of an important expansion.
 
JOB DESCRIPTION
 
We are looking for someone who can work under our Marketing Manager focusing primarily on driving the sale of offices, coffee shops and bars to the UK market. The
work involves:
Research and understand the demand and trends for mobile buildings.
Research and understand competitor products.
Determine trigger words and images.
Maintain and build an image library.
Design on-line adverts for classified social media sites.
Ensure that directory listings for CCM in both the Philippines and the UK are refreshed on a regular basis.
Adhere to the Style Guide to ensure advertising consistency with logo presentation, typefaces and corporate image.
Design other marketing collateral including email formats/sign offs, business cards, truck signage etc.
Update website on a regular basis for CCM.
Plan sales promotions and value add advertising programs.
Design of product specification sheets.
Understand sales budgets.
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
 
Ideally, we are looking for a strong and confident communicator and we value demonstrated ability to sell things on-line. Ideally, you will have:
A degree in graphic design, architecture or related field.
Two years experience in design, architecture and/or marketing.
Strong proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, In Design).
Strong English speaking and writing skills.
Strong negotiating skills.
Ability to prepare winning quotes and proposals.
