You'll be working closely with the founder and marketing team to help bring our brand to life.You'll be the one who keeps marketing moving part executive assistant, part project coordinator, part taskmaster (in the best way). This is a highly organized, process-based role focused on execution and follow-through.Key Responsibilities:Marketing Project CoordinationManage the Asana marketing board: assign tasks, follow up, manage deadlinesTranslate marketing meetings into clear tasks and action itemsMaintain and improve internal SOPs and workflowsWrite and update weekly and monthly KPI and project reportsEmail Campaign Support & ExecutionPrepare content and assets for email campaignsSet up and schedule Klaviyo emails (segments, QA, scheduling)Maintain calendars and internal content/copy docsShopify & Website SupportCreate and manage product pages, landing pages, and homepage updates Upload images, format product descriptions, and prep assets for launchesSocial Media, Affiliate & Influencer CoordinationExport and organize UGC and social assetsPrep social content for scheduling (caption files, folders, etc.)Respond to basic DMs/comments with templatesHelp manage affiliate/influencer outreach, tracking, and coordinationAnalytics & ResearchMaintain weekly/monthly analytics trackingConduct product and competitor research as neededQualifications:Have excellent written and spoken EnglishAre confident managing multiple tools and workflowsAre experienced with Shopify, Klaviyo, Google Sheets, Canva, AsanaCommunicate clearly, ask smart questions, and take ownershipLove structure, processes, and getting things across the finish lineFollow instructions and improve them when neededWork well independently but enjoy being part of a teamThis Role Is Not for You If You...Struggle with communication, deadlines, or attention to detailAvoid accountability or don't check your workNeed constant oversight or dislike structured tasksAre only looking for freelance or short-term gigs
