Job Title: Marketing Assistant

Salary Range: $800 - $1200
Responsibilities:
Webinar/Challenge Assistance: Create and manage engaging webinar/challenge registration pages using Wordpress, GoHighLevel, Leadpages, Ontraport, or Clickfunnels; provide live support on Gotowebinar, Zoom, or Everwebinar; coordinate email reminders and sequences.
Admin Tasks: Handle podcasts, data entry, research, calendar and social media management, Dropbox/Google Drive organization, client onboarding and off-boarding, transcription, proofreading, and customer service.
Website Support: Manage blog posts, WordPress theme setup, plugin updates and installations, provide technical support, enhance SEO, and conduct website audits.
Project Management Services: Oversee email/inbox, operations, team, and project management, including website and launch management.
Launch Assistance: Facilitate course setup using membership plugins, manage automated email schedules, liaise with affiliates and sponsors, create affiliate programs, design promotional materials, and execute social media promotion.
CRM Support: Master CRMs like GoHighLevel, Infusionsoft, Convertkit, Mailchimp, Ontraport, ActiveCampaign for email broadcasts, campaign setups, data import and cleanup, affiliate program setup, product creation, and order form management.
Requirements
Professional working proficiency in English.
A knack for technology and adaptability to new digital tools.
Independent and proactive work style, suitable for a remote environment.
Excellent organizational skills and capability to manage multiple tasks.
Digital marketing experience, especially in the online education sector, is a plus.
