Handles house accounts.
Receive calls/text/emails from agents regarding client's concerns/stock availability.
Handles customer inquiries and concerns.
Arranges service visit of agents to customer.
Endorses contract requirements to the sales agents.
Endorses site measurement and drawings request to Designers/ Site Supervisor.
Generate sales order.
Track order fulfillment of online orders.
Generates quotes and follow ups for direct inquiries.
Prepare request of agents and customers such as accessories, brochure, pricelist and letters.
Filing of all marketing important documents.
Job Qualifications:
Graduate of Marketing, Management or any Business related course
With at least 1 year experience in related field
Must be able to multitask
Can work with less supervision
Solid communication skills and good attitude
Amenable to work in San Juan City.
