Assist AE in preparation of documents for accreditation.
Received and Forward Inquiry to respective division.
Check request for quotation and outside commission (RFQ).
Prepare formal quotation.
Prepare Individual folder for quotation and per project.
Check RFO and other attachment.
Prepare and submit delivered sales report to accounting.
Compute AE transportation Allowance.
In-charge of taking the minutes of the meeting for sales team.
Secure that the account database is updated.
Perform other duties or tasks as required, that may or may not be related to your job title or job item as Marketing Assistant that are assigned to you from time to time.
