Clean Energy Associates is seeking a talented, well-rounded marketing assistant to support on our marketing initiatives. As a Marketing Assistant, you will assist the marketing team with initiatives in marketing administration and trade show organization. This internship position offers unique exposure to the marketing function of a rapidly growing, global based company. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to gain in-depth knowledge about the global solar PV industry through working closely with a multicultural team of industry experts. ?
You'll work directly with the Marketing Manager to execute marketing initiatives that support the growth of the company. ?
To apply for Marketing Assistant, you are excellent at: ?
? * Assist in B2B marketing initiatives including updating marketing materials and sales presentations, website maintenance, trade show planning, and certain brand management projects.
? * Keep internal documents updated, including updating bios and headshots of new team members, ordering business cards, maintaining images and photos, updating internal stats, and other support as needed.
? * Support on the organization of trade shows, including managing sponsorships and registration, and receiving tradeshow feedback from CEA attendees.
? * Support on managing CEA's trade organization memberships, including communication with the member support contacts, ensuring invoices are timely submitted, and other support as needed.

Your Success Profile includes: ?
? * Demonstrated track record of effective verbal and written communication skills in English. Other languages such as Chinese (Mandarin) and / or Spanish is an advantage.
? * Exceptional organizational and coordination skills.
? * Previous experience coordinating administrative or marketing activities
? * Experience in solar energy industry or renewables energy industry is an advantage.
? * Familiar with Adobe Creative Cloud, e.g. Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator is an advantage.
