Primary Functions:
Responsibilities include:
Develop and implement brand positioning and identity marketing strategy for active projects and future developments and redevelopments.
Produce interactive presentation and experiential presentations that is related to the project, including onsite marketing and event activations
Create leasing and sales material and collateral that will best fit the target market
Cultivate social media marketing, email campaigns, and web solutions
Specific Duties and Responsibilities:
Ensure project concepts and communication campaigns are aligned with the overall objectives and targets
Prepare reports on various marketing campaigns and activities
Liaise with the Technical, Finance, Sales, Admin teams to ensure compliance to the marketing initiatives and policies
Liaise with partner agencies in-charge of creatives, media, PR, events and production
Develop an integrated communications plans, schedule and execute marketing programs such as:
Monitor achievement of sales targets and establish control measures on spending, conversions and efficiencies.
Review results against marketing plan and identify areas for improvement
Contribute to the development of specific sales materials. Recommend sales spiels and sellers walk-through for consistency
Management of budget and expenditures
Minimum Educational Attainment: Bachelor's Degree
Preferred Course / Training Registration: Marketing, Business, Advertising and other related courses
Specific area(s) of experience needed:
Proven track record in similar role preferably in the real estate business
Very good communications skills
Well organized and resourceful
With 1-2 years total of working experience
Entry Level / Junior, Apprentice Sales and Marketing Real Estate / Mortgage 1 opening Bachelor's degree graduate
