Marketing Assistant - Digital Marketing
Work together with the digital marketing manager to ensure all tasks are done according to laid down rules of the business organization.
Participate fully in the online marketing activities of the organization.
Collate online marketing analytics to gather information from websites and social media.
Compose and post online content for the company's social media page and website.
Maintain the company's social media channels and actively engage and grow the company's social media audience.
Identify new digital marketing opportunities through evaluating and researching digital marketing platforms.
Assist in coordinating with digital agency for cost, schedule of posting and boosting.
Check influencer post and repost it based on the schedule posting.
Marketing Assistant - Retail/Trade
Support the Marketing Manager in organizing various projects.
Assist in the organizing of promotional events and traditional campaigns.
Coordinate with vendors for marketing collaterals and promotional materials.
Responsible for application of DTI permits.
Assist in coordinating product pull-out from store to PR/influencer agency.
Assist with data collection, research and analysis for market research.
Coordinate and work collaboratively with the different departments, third-party agencies, and other vendor partners.
Contribute towards creating marketing and design strategies for specific campaigns and keeping up to date with the annual marketing plan.
Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field
At least 1 year experience in retail/trade marketing.
Experience in handling premium brand is a huge advantage.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Solid understanding of marketing communications strategies, channels, and techniques.
Proficient in MS Office applications, knowledge in Adobe Photoshop is a plus.
Ability to multi-task and be highly organized at the same time.
