MARKETING ASSISTANT
(Pasig, Metro Manila)
Overview of Job function.
The candidate who will work as Marketing Assistant will support the Marketing Department and the company's sales force in its demand generation activities. The candidate must have a strong orientation of both traditional marketing and the use of Digital Marketing. As regards to Digital Marketing, the candidate will plan, create, implement, monitor marketing campaigns that include contents, graphics, short videos that will be broadcast using the different social media flatforms (such as company website, Facebook, Instagram, You tube, etc) including managing the interface of on-line digital communications for Webinars (such as Zoom meeting, Google meet,etc) among target audience. His/her work will contribute for the attainment of Marketing department's goals and objectives, as well as the long-term growth of the company as a whole.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
Undertake daily administrative tasks to ensure the functionality and coordination of the department's activities including assisting in planning and execution of marketing campaigns and in developing strategies and programs.
Employ Digital Marketing principles that includes analytical techniques to gather important data (social media, websites, rankings etc.) and compose post-online report on the company's website and social media accounts;
Coordinate/ cooperate with marketing director, digital marketing lead, account managers, trade sales and other stakeholders in the planning, execution, and post-evaluation stage to produce a steady stream of digital media, email, website, social marketing contents and other digital/on-line activities.
Create GIFs and short videos and digital films for the webinar, website and advertisements
Create and maintain database of customers who are users of products and develop an appropriate demand generating and brand image-building marketing programs to maximize date resource.
Assist the Marketing Manager in marketing management that includes brand management, distribution, marketing communications, events, etc. that will require work/tasks that includes researching, conceptualizing, planning, implementing, monitoring and evaluating sales and marketing programs and accomplish other related task assigned to her.
Competency Requirements and Job Specifications
College diploma; A graduate of Bachelor of Science in Business Administration-major in Marketing, Advertising or Communication Arts or Multi-media Arts
Minimum two (2) years of working experience as a marketing assistant or other related digital marketing functions;
With ample understanding of Marketing principles and possesses a mix of creativity and analytical abilities.
Knowledgeable of the following: Software:
Social media app, YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, etc. (Social)
Photoshop, Illustrator (Graphics)
Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
Google applications (Docs, Sheets, etc)
Zoom, Google meet, Podcast, Camcast, social media interface
With excellent written/oral communication skills and interpersonal relationship skills.
