POSITION MISSION
The focus of this job is on producing high-quality, detailed work based on established standards, guidelines, and procedures. Precise, consistent work output is essential requiring patience and a willingness to handle and complete one task at a time. The job environment is stable, based on known relationships with people and well-defined processes. Job knowledge and competency are built through the structured step-by-step training and positive, supportive coaching from management and peers.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Weekly/Monthly reporting on affiliate marketing activities
In charge of the sales validation process for all affiliate networks
Assist with scheduling regular e-mail marketing blasts
Day-to-day affiliate program management, including accepting new affiliates to the program, and notifying all affiliates about new campaigns, promotions, or terms
REQUIRED SKILLS
Fluent in English.
Computer literate with an excellent understanding of MS Office (Excel, Word, etc.)
Detail-oriented, well-organized, and comfortable working with a routine, following processes, and meeting regular deadlines.
Ability to work independently, to self-prioritize work streams.
Basic understanding of digital marketing and/or business; prior experience is a plus.
