MARKETING AND SALES OFFICER
Work Location: Mandaue City
Pay Range: 20,000 + commission
Duties and Responsibilities:
Developing and executing marketing strategies: identifying target audiences, developing messaging, and choosing channels to reach them.
Managing sales processes: prospecting, generating leads, building relationships with clients, and closing sales.
Analyzing market trends: understanding current and future trends to identify new opportunities and adjust strategies accordingly.
Building and maintaining relationships: cultivating strong relationships with both existing and potential customers.
Creating and implementing marketing campaigns: planning and executing campaigns to increase brand awareness, generate leads, and drive sales.
Tracking and reporting on performance: monitoring key metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of sales and marketing efforts.
Managing and coaching sales teams: providing guidance, training, and support to sales representatives to achieve sales goals.
Collaborating with other departments: working with product development, customer service, and other teams to ensure alignment and effectiveness.
Qualifications:
Completed a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Management, Communication, or any related field
A minimum of 1 year of experience in marketing and sales
Self-starter with the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment, showing proactive problem-solving and leadership skills
Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
