About The Role
We are looking for a professional, high-level Marketing and Operations Executive who will be mainly responsible for managing the clients' projects, assisting in Podcast Post-Production and generate accurate reports. To be successful in this role, you need to have an excellent understanding of digital marketing, you need to be effective in managing the projects and setting up automation using ActiveCampaign.
As the Marketing and Operations Executive, you will provide excellence by:

-Podcast Post Production
style="margin-top: 0cm"-
-Uploading and submitting podcast for transcription
-Posting the transcribed podcast as a blog post in WordPress
-Sending the transcribed podcast to writers and request for an article to be written based on the content from the podcast
-Posting the finished article
-Communicating with clients (via Trello) to get everything approved by compliance before using or posting any of their videos

-Project Management via Trello

-Understanding what the whole project entails
-Requesting for necessary information and materials from the clients
-Automating and assigning tasks via Trello
-Managing and organizing workflows for the weekly/monthly tasks
-Making sure that all tasks are being completed on time

-Monthly Reporting
style="margin-top: 0cm"-
-Generating data and creating comprehensive reports for the following:

-Cost per lead (email)
-Google Analytics
-Active Campaign performance
-Quantity of introductory visits scheduled
-SEO local rankings

-ActiveCampaign Assistance
style="margin-top: 0cm"-
-Setting up weekly newsletters and creating on-going campaigns
-Setting up automation/segmentation for new clients
-Setting up tags
Requirements
Do you have what it takes to be our Marketing and Operations Executive?
Consider yourself highly qualified if you have:

-Knowledge and experience in using ActiveCampaign
-Excellent client management skills
-Proven digital marketing experience
-Experience using web-based project management tools such as Trello
-Effective project management skills
-Proficient at managing multiple projects and able to organize, prioritize and structure workload
-Ability to generate accurate reports
-Ability to communicate in English; both written and conversation
Nice to haves:

-Experience in posting podcast on WordPress or different blog sites
-Exposure in audio mastering of podcasts
-This is a remote position.
