Marketing and Growth Specialist
Job Description:
• Work with the CEO to develop/align marketing strategy in line with the ambitious company growth objectives.
• Develop and communicate marketing plans, campaign results and project recommendations to the Executive Team.
• Manage content production: web design, video editing, marketing collaterals, etc.
• Interview subject matter experts and extract content for marketing communications.
• Blog management: Creating blog posts, and strategizing content creation.
• Social media platform management and advertising: LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram.
• Create and execute lead generation programs on LinkedIn.
• Analyze data to determine campaign efficiency on a quarterly basis.
• Ensure creative marketing materials undergo regular review and adhere to brand guidelines.
• Manage and help organize Events for Design Meetup up to 4k members.
• Create eye-catching creative assets Figma to use on social media.
• Generate compelling written content.
• Interact with client's customers and followers.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or any related.
• At least 1 year experience in a digital market agency or an internal marketing team would be preferred.
• Has 1 year experience with popular social media platforms including Linkedin, Instagram and Facebook.
• Has experience with creative asset creation tools such as Figma.
• Creative copywriting skills.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
• Attention to detail and design.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and to self-manage.
• Takes ownership and responsibility for complete work.
• A strategic thinker with the ability to think ahead.
• Real team player looking out for others and achieving together.
