Why this role?
In this exciting and fulfilling Marketing and Communications Manager role, reporting to the Asia Pacific Head of Marketing & Communications, and dotted line to KONE Philippines' Managing Director. You will be part of the country's Leadership Team, and you will lead the creation of a powerful narrative and brand presence promoting connection with our clients, employees and community in the Philippine market.
You will support the organisation achieve its results and brand presence by creating demand for KONE solutions whilst building the organization's competitive position. This role executes communication activities, campaigns across all channels based on customer insights and journeys.
What will you get to do:
Build a marketing culture that embraces brand excellence, improves customer centricity and builds market share and profitability
Develop and lead a digital marketing vision to enhance our value proposition including customer touch points
Manage KONE's external brand and digital presence to support the achievement of business and customer goals
Develop an internal and external communications strategy and platform for organizational announcements, both big and small
Create meaningful relationships with the leadership team, regional directors, and functional heads
Are you the one?
Degree-level education in marketing, communications or related discipline
Subject knowledge - essential are digital marketing skills and data analytical skills
Minimum of eight (8) to ten (10) years of experience in the role
Added advantage would be MBA or other relevant academic courses
Demonstrated prior success in senior and experienced marketing roles, with digital and communications experience
Proven transformation experience across brand management, Customer Experience and employee experience
An understanding of buying behavior and customer segmentation
Able to inspire trust and engage authentically from frontline to boardroom through various channels
A winning attitude with an outside-in thinking mindset
