Job Description:
Overview:
The role will also be accountable for developing comprehensive marketing strategies for delivering meaningful commercial and promotional strategies for artist campaigns across streaming, mobile, gaming, social media, cross platform and other digital and emerging platforms
The Marketing and Audience Engagement Director will be responsible for delivering strategic and creative campaigns with a focus on building and continually engaging audiences.
Spearhead the development of marketing plans working closely with direct report, artists/managers, clients, creative teams to create an effective and efficient marketing strategy focused on growing audiences.
Devise engaging marketing campaigns to drive streaming engagement for artists and their releases, with a focus on Spotify, Apple Music and YouTube.
Drive innovation across the label by consistently identifying partners and opportunities for our artists' market share and managing consistent growth
Create initiatives that communicate the identity of Warner Music Philippines' artists and the label as a whole
Work closely with artists and managers to collaborate on organic social media management and growth, appointing and administering relationship with external social media agencies etc.
Identify short-term and long-term scheduling, budget, and resource needs, including the development and management of an annual marketing budget, profit/loss projections, expenditure spending, and other financial considerations.
Understand key marketing performance metrics and tracking tools to provide market research, forecasts, competitive analysis, campaign results, and consumer trends in order to translate results into actionable insights for Domestic team.
Collaborate with the business teams and lead the review of pipeline releases and artist reviews
Qualifications:
8+ years prior experience working in the music or creative industry:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, or communications (Preferred not required)
Strong communication skills (both verbal and written)
Successful track record in senior marketing roles and creating marketing campaigns
Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
Proven ability to plan and manage budgets
