Marketing and Admin Support Specialist (Night Shift | USA Client)
Part-Time 20 Hours per week
Offer is at Php 20,000 per month
Monday to Friday: 10:00 pm to 1:00 am PHT Manila

About the Client:
Our client is an editorial and commercial photographer with a focus on beauty, cosmetics, and personal care. She's based in the USA and worked with big brands before for both photography and image editing.
About the Role:
The role includes the following duties:
Administrative duties:
Help the client get and stay organized
Assist in the tasks involved with pre-production of photo shoots
Conduct internet researches and data organization related to upcoming projects to assist in production of upcoming photo shoots/events.
Focused heavily on research, contact list growth, and social media outreach, etc.
Contact by phone or email, different businesses to rent/reserve equipment, comparison price shop, organize schedule. Do once a month cold calling of potential leads.
Find New York-based agents and manage the information obtained in a workable database
Support the goal of converting these leads as instructed
Maintain appointment calendar and add/remove availability as needed
File management
Answer and respond to phone calls and emails
Other adhoc tasks as needed to help keep the client organized
Marketing Duties:
Do basic image creation via Photoshop or Canva
Assist in setting-up/creating a blog for the website and posting as instructed
Help with Social Media marketing such as coming up with hashtags and posting ideas
Send out monthly emails as instructed
Engaging with the social media audience by liking and responding to comments
Qualifications:
Excellent English fluency both verbal and written
Can do 15% - 20% uncomplicated photo editing
Exceptionally organized
Collaborative and creative
Self-starter who takes a good initiative to get things done with minimal supervision
Awesome writing competency with the ability to wow and engage target audience
Previously worked in a Marketing Support role for a minimum of 3 years is ideal
Tech savvy
