JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking to hire an enthusiastic Marketing Admin VA to assist our busy team. You will be reporting directly to the CEO and assisting with all related tasks. You may be required to perform administrative tasks, attend to inquiries, update the system database, create marketing literature, and foster strong relationships with our clients.
To ensure success as a Marketing Admin VA, you should be keen on details, have excellent interpersonal skills, and be able to work to strict deadlines. Ultimately, a top-level Marketing Admin VA provides valuable assistance to the team and boosts the company's image.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Performing administrative tasks to ensure the functionality of all activities.
Composing and posting online content for the company’s social media page through Later.
Managing and responding to emails in Outlook.
Managing and arranging files in OneDrive and Total Party Planner.
Repurposing YouTube videos and posting to other social media platforms
Edit videos for social media posting.
Building strong relationships with customers and/or suppliers and answering their inquiries through phone, email, or chat.
Update listing in the e-commerce store
Update details on the website when needed
Writing marketing literature for company brochures and press releases as needed
JOB QUALIFICATION
At least 2+ years of experience as a Marketing Admin VA or equivalent in a remote set-up
Proficient in using MS Office, Later, Total Party Planner, Video Editing Tool, and Graphic Design Tool
Ability to multi-task and meet strict deadlines
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to follow instructions and work independently
Comfortable working in US Pacific Timezone

Personally owned laptop or desktop of no less than 8 GB RAM.
A minimum Intel Core i5 processor or equivalent and a solid-state drive (SSD) as the main storage.
Extra laptop or desktop as backup equipment

Extra internet connection of no less than 30 Mbps as back-up
Has access to coffee shops or co-working spaces in case of electrical outage or interruption
Noise-free office workstation
Noise-canceling headset
