About the Team & Business Line:
For over 75 years Citco has developed an ethos of service excellence and partnership in corporate fiduciary and administration that our clients rely upon. Through our global office network we provide a full suite of corporate administrative services to set up, administer and maintain corporate entities throughout their life cycle.
Working with our Governance Services team, you will work with multinationals, corporates and private clients to provide critical support that helps them meet the increasing regulatory and compliance requirements that shape the industry.
Your Role:
You will research, collect and process data to be utilized by our business unit providing corporate services to multinationals. Areas of inquiry will include the following: gathering information about large companies (number of subsidiaries, etc.)/ competitor/ prospect information; industry/ market trends and analysis; general business intelligence
You will conduct research using internal and external sources to facilitate the flow of leads for the Business Development team
You will utilize technologies in place to perform marketing campaigns
You will work with the technical personnel in the team to ensure that information gathering and update processes meet the required data structure requirements
You will develop and maintain a detailed and systematic database and update historical data with up-to-date information
You will consolidate, manage, organize reports and distribute minutes during meetings and monthly calls
You will contribute to project management planning and recommend improvements
You will manage assigned workflow effectively and ensures delivery of assigned projects in a timely manner
You will work with other team members to perform ad-hoc tasks related to research and reporting as deemed required by the business
About You:
You possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Economics / Finance / Business Management/ Data Management; if academic background is outside of these areas listed, work experience in a function related to the scope of work will also be considered
You have 3 to 5 years of working experience in a similar environment is required for analysts; new graduates are welcome to apply for associates
You have experience or high level of interest/knowledge with multinationals, and references where one can find information about them
You are knowledgeable on corporate services markets, which is expected for analysts
You are proficient in Microsoft Office applications
You have strong analytical skills and attention to detail
You are an impactful communicator when interacting with the team, management and other internal stakeholders
You have demonstrated ability to work independently within the team with minimal supervision
