Market Education AssociateThe Philippine Stock Exchange Inc.

Basic Function:
The Marlet Education Associate ("MED Associate") is primarily responsible in assisting the Market Education Head ("MED Head") in marketing investment products and services of the PSE to existing and prospective retail investors by promoting financial literacy through investor education. The MED Associate shall assist the MED Head in developing the integrated communication plan for all thematic and tactical programs of the Exchange to help achieve business Key Result Areas (KRAs) as well as build the yearly messaging roadmap of the PSE. The MED Associate shall ensure that all communication plans are supportive of the company's brand strategy. The MED Associate is also expected to carry out the efficient handling of the department's administrative activities.
Job Accountabilities: * Collaborate with the MED Head, cross-functional teams, and strategic partners in the conceptualization, creation and execution of social media strategies and plans;
Ensure timely, effective and efficient implementation of all communication plans;
Assist in developing and driving digital marketing strategies for leads generation;
Assist in the content development and management of the PSE's social media account and PSE Academy website;
Assist in the development of instructional and publicity materials;
Assist in the implementation of webinars, and advanced courses (PSE Certified Securities Specialist Course, PSE Certified Financial Training Program);
Assist in organizing and conducting seminars and Exchange visits for various institutions; and
Assist in other MED-related projects and activities as needed.
Graduate of a 4-year business related course preferably in Marketing, Multimedia or Communication Arts, Economics or Finance;
At least 1-2 years of relevant experience doing brand management, marketing or advertising development work preferably from consumer or financial institutions;
Computer literate with proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe Photoshop and other equivalent digital design tools;
Strong analytical and planning skills;
Excellent public and human relations skills
Good communication and presentation skills;
Excellent problem-solving skills;
Entry Level / Junior, Apprentice Sales and Marketing Stocks/Securities 1 opening Bachelor's degree graduate
