JOB DESCRIPTION:
Market Development Manager will be responsible for business strategies to facilitate company growth. Identifies and helps to develop strategic relationships with partners or potential customers. He/she works to improve an organization's market position and achieve financial growth defines long-term organizational strategic goals, builds key customer relationships, identifies business opportunities, negotiates and closes business deals and maintains extensive knowledge of current market.
Educational/Experiential Background:
Bachelor's Degree required, preferably in Medical technology Biology, Chemistry, Laboratory science or equivalent.
Post-Graduate qualifications in Marketing or Business preferred
Minimum 5 years proven working experience as a business development, sales executive or a relevant role
Experience in IVD industry desirable and international company will be preferred.
Solid understanding of the IVD market in the Philippines (preferably POC)
Aggressive, willing to take on stretch targets or KPIs
Experience in new business strategies and could build strong relationship with KOLs.
Good presentation and communication skills
Proven excellence in both written and oral communication in Filipino and English
