REQUIREMENTS:
Candidate has at least 2 years' experience in Team Lead/Supervisory and 5 years' experience in BPO
Bachelor Degree or Undergraduates of any courses
Willing to work in Mandaluyong City
Can start as soon as possible
DUTIES:
Drive the Team to accomplish positive result
Conducting meeting with the agents to finish task
Responsible to response to business Phone and E-mail requests
Quick to resolve and provide alternative solutions for misplaced/denied bookings
Identify and solve system errors and promote online system
Handle and Manage Bookings (Requests and Cancellations)
