DUTIES:
Maintain and establish communication with clients and/or team members
Create solid and effective strategies on accurate and meaningful reports and analysis or keen observations to produce a good impact
Identifying training needs that will equip the agents with fundamental skills and knowledge
Ability to understand the system tools and operational procedures
Perform all defined and required process compliance and cohesion to all team members, partners and third-party providers
Cooperate with stakeholders on a regular basis for changes on promotions and updates
REQUIREMENTS:
Can speak, read and write Mandarin
2 to 3 years background in Technical Support Team Lead
With background in Website Developer is an advantage
