Requirements:
Familiar with computer, common office software such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint and CAD
Construction enterprises, and have strong practical experience in construction safety management and project management;
More than three years working experience in construction site management and sub con knowledge
Communication Engineering, Architectural Engineering, Civil Engineering, etc.
Must be familiar with SOW/BOQ/BOMS
University Bachelor degree or above
Must be proficient in Mandarin and English
Open for any nationalities
Main Responsibilities:
This position is responsible for the safety, quality, cost, schedule, vendor procurement & management, material management, crew management, document management and customer satisfaction performance management per project requirement
Obtain, negotiate and review offers and quotes by subcontractors or vendors in a timely manner. Order or review all material orders for accuracy and quality
Serves as the site specific expert for assigned projects Create, maintain and archive SOW/BOQ/BOMs for assigned projects. Review surveys (ground, rooftop and shelter) as required for each project. Check design
Ensure accurate documents and all requirements are in place and approved by the customer prior to starting construction. Responsible for safety, quality, and schedule during the course of construction.
