RESPONSIBILITIES
Liaises directly via phone and e-mail with corporate clients in account portfolio
Gathers event information from clients and schedule webcasts in the system following best practice
Conducts product/service demonstrations to new/existing clients, as needed
Delivers as scheduled audio webcasts, as described in processes, ensuring that such events go smoothly
Manages clients effectively by addressing concerns accurately, completely, and in a timely manner
Escalates client issues to management for appropriate resolution
Gathers and summarize event data for report
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's Degree/Certificate in Information Technology, Multimedia/Communication Arts, or a similar discipline
Open for Native with Permanent Visa
At least one (1) full year of experience in a similar role, or any client relationship management role
Willing to work within any US time zone
Technology savvy, good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
Strong Chinese language verbal and written communication skills must be fluent in Mandarin and knowledge of Cantonese would also be advantageous
