Position: Mandarin Sr. Finance Ops-Payroll
Location: Taguig City
Salary: P 80,000-P95,000

Schedule: Shifting (Dayshift and Midshift)

Qualifications:
Must have 3 to 5 years work experience of Payroll experience
Profecient in both Mandarin (Traditional) and English Language
Must be Bachelor's degree graduate major in Financial, Accounting etc.
Main Responsibilities:
Provide support and assist in resolving employee queries
Handle customer queries through calls, chat and emails
Handle escalation calls related to Over payment and Receivables
Taking inbound calls for queries and making outbound calls for receivables recovery
Process and explain manual check calculations, work with multiple stakeholder teams to understand root cause of over payment/receivable and provide details to employees
Produce timely responses to employee inquiries
Record inbound/outbound calls, update simplicity with repayment plan agreed with employees.
