Requirements:
Mandarin, Fukien, English (Speaking Only)
Bachelor's Degree Holder or at least 2 years college
Graduate or Undergraduate is welcome to apply
Experiences in Team Lead or Supervisory Role
Knowledgeable in Computer applications
Knowledgeable in BPO Set-up (Call Center)
Willing to work Dayshift, Midshift and Nightshift (Shifting Schedule)
Willing to work in a BPO Set-up and office based
Responsibilities:
Drive the Team to accomplish positive result
Conducting meeting with the agents to finish task
Responsible to response to business Phone and Email requests
Responsible from preventing prohibited activities of the staff
