Job Summary:
Reporting to the CFO/Financial Operations Officer of the company, S/he will assist in the
financial reporting and analysis. S/he will conduct all of his/her work with the highest level of
discretion, honesty, and attention to details.
Detailed Duties and Responsibilities:
 Will support the CFO by monitoring and controlling the preparation of monthly, quarterly
and annual financial statements and reports.
 Helping by developing and maintaining internal controls, effective accounting systems
and policies
 Working with the Finance team to ensure that all invoices are controlled, procedures
followed, and all relevant information is received.
 Responsible for the checking and validation of rentals to be paid to SM and all concerns
 Responsible for reviewing funds on a weekly scale to make sure that all the checks and
other expenses to be disbursed will be funded appropriately.
 Ensuring that financial transactions are recorded, classified and summarized in
accordance with local accounting principles and in accordance with group accounting
policies
 Performing cost forecasts/budgets for specific projects, cost tracking and monitoring.
 Performs other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
Education, Experience, and Licensing Requirements
 Bachelor's Degree in Accounting
 Certified Public Accountant (CPA) preferred
 Minimum 5 years' experience in accounting and financial management practices.
 Proficiency with financial systems and or accounting software (Excel, PowerPoint,
Word, and SAP)
 Strong communication skills - oral, written, and interpersonal
