Role and Responsibilities:
• Respond and Resolve promptly to our customer inquiries and complaints.
• Ensures that customers' request is completed timely and accurately by Service Providers around the world, via specialized software or vendor websites
• Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle product and service inquiries
• Direct requests and unresolved issues to the designated resource
• Set up and manage the new/existing customer accounts; Process orders, forms, applications, and requests
• Ensuring that all orders received are authentic and pre-authorized according to procedures
• Monitoring online currencies
• Performs related work assigned
Qualifications:
• Any nationality is welcome, as long as proficient in Mandarin language.
• Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Mandarin Language is a MUST.
• Typing proficiency must be 35-40 WPM
• Working experience in the related field and/or experience working in an international environment is an advantage.
• Applicant must be willing to work in Philippines (Makati City)
This is a shifting schedule (including night shifts), with 10 hours of work (with one hour break).
Salary may range from 48,000 to 60,000 PHP, plus allowances.
We will be providing accommodation for the employee, and he/she will be working in the accommodation.
