They are an Electrical company that provides Steel Manufacturing, Forges, and Blast Furnaces.
Requirements:
Basic Mandarin and Filipino language
Willing in permanent night shift duty
At least college graduate, Engineering course or Technical-related courses in Industrial Technology.
Willing to stay on the board and lodging provided in Bulacan plant.
Responsibilities:
Monitoring all production personnel; checking if their work duty per day is the same as a scheduled work assignment.
Act as a translator for Chinese and Filipino personnel regarding work instructions, production-related questions and concerns.
Coordinate with respective officers for pull-out or transfer of production personnel from one area to another.
Supervise if the production output meets the company's standard in terms of quality and quantity.
Reports to the Manager for production output-related concerns.
