JOB DESCRIPTION
• Processing accounts and bank transactions in compliance with financial policies and procedures
• Reconciling ledgers to ensure that all payments are accounted for and properly posted
• Handling simple to complex problems and reviewing information to make necessary analysis for decision making.
• Generating relevant reports and compiling daily reports/summaries on activity areas.
• Managing people and reporting to management.
QUALIFICATIONS
• Proficient in Mandarin Language
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science or any related field
• Fundamental level of computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office including Excel, Word and Vision
• Ability to prepare documentations, charts and graphs pertinent to work assignment
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proactive in learning and finding solutions
• Good communication skills
