Urgent Hiring: Mandarin Speaker - Voice Team (Work From Home)
 
Location: Kuala Lumpur Sentral, Malaysia
 
Salary: RM4,100 (RM3,300 Basic + RM500 Shift Allowance + RM300 KPI)
 
Joining Date: 11th August 2025
 
Work Setup: Work from home policy after 3 months onboarding
 
Requirements:
 
- SPM holder and above
- 1+ year customer service experience
- Fluency in Mandarin
- Strong computer navigation skills
- Familiarity with Google Suite
- Typing speed: 40 wpm with 95% accuracy
 
Responsibilities:
 
- Provide quality customer service via chat
- Troubleshoot operational issues with customers/vendors/riders
- Develop product knowledge to enhance customer experience
- Adhere to quality processes for timely and accurate service
