Role Overview:
The jobholder will be responsible for the correct and timely HR data processing in client HCM, according to the project deadlines and to the expected quality.
The HR Administration Process Specialist will also interact with the Client's employees on a daily basis via phone, case management tool and chat, ensuring proper resolution of HR-related queries and requests.
Another key aspect of the job is the cooperation with Client's HR team members, and making sure that all the necessary information are provided to you in order to be able to provide the Client's employees with the detailed response as per agreed SLAs.
General Responsibilities / Accountabilities:
Providing Employee Contact Center services to Client's employees:
Answering the calls / cases in the case management tool / chat and help the employees to navigate in Workday HCM self-service mode
Helping Client's employees to raise the 'ticket' in the case management tool
Answering the calls / cases / chat and help the employees to navigate on Employee Portal
Provide the clarifications on HR policies and procedures
Answer the questions on Client's HR processes, procedures and polices
Cooperate with Client's HR team members on more complex HR queries / requests to obtain the resolution. Communicate the final resolution to the requestor as per agreed SLAs.
Providing HR Administration:
Monitor Workday (HCM tool) work inbox and process the actions assigned to your role in the system for Core HR processes (like 'Starters', 'Movers', 'Leavers')
Produce the HR letter / documentations for Client's employees
Escalate the Workday work items to the appropriate party, if required

Mandarin Speaker - HR Administrator (Able to Start Immediately)
KEY REQUIREMENT: MUST HAVE BPO / CALL CENTER EXPERIENCE
Core Requirements/Qualifications:
Bachelor degree
Very good command of spoken and written English + Mandarin
Very good Communication skills
Very good Customer Care skills
Good job organization and time management skills
Attention to details
