Duties:
Report to Production Manager directly
Provide technical support in official ticket system
Responsible to have schedule maintenance operations over production environment, comply to agreed time frame
Communicate with third party for the delivery of software to accomplish and resolve more incidents
Make high quality documentation based on his/her work experience and knowledge.
Responsible to accomplish platform upgrades, sets up new client environments, performs data migrations and moves of websites, databases and application servers.
Identify knowledge gaps in the department and provide internal training to other Support Engineers.
