Responsibilities:
Responsible in handling validation of priority in Purchase order requisitions
Analyzing quotations and techno-commercial discussion with user and supplier
Issuing purchase order following the regulatory and client process and finalizing supplier details
Ensuring compliance checks, vendor review and onboarding
Requirements:
Knowlegable in SAP System- business level
Proficiency in speaking, reading and writing Mandarin and English
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting or any related background
Familiarity with Procurement processes and/or Accounts payable
At least 1 year working experiences in related field
Willing to work On-site
